Bridge type governor starting circuit for dc motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent overprotection of the temperature characteristics of a voltage detecting transistor of a DC motor by omitting the diode connected beween the transistor and a power supply and connecting a capacitor in parallel with diodes connected in a bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION: The armature winding Ra and resistors R 1 ∼R 3 of a DC motor form a bridge. An armature voltage detecting transistor Q1 operates to control the base potential of a current feeding control transistor (TR)Q2 to thereby drive the motor as predetermined. A parallel circuit of a diode D 2 and a capacitor C is connected between the bias resistor R 6 and the bridge resistor R 3 of the transistor Q2. When the transistor Q2 starts conducting, the potential of the connecting point between the capacitor and the resistor R 3 is lowered to discharge the capacitor in the circuit of the resistor R 3 -motor M-resistor R 4 -transistor Q1-resistor R 2 -capacitor C to positively feed back the transistor Q1 to thereby accelerate the conduction of the transistor Q2.
