Rotor position detector for commutatorless motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To perform accurate positional detection not associated with phase delay, by using the fact that the multiple pulse isn't generated at the falling section of the positional detecting signal pulse. CONSTITUTION:The positional detection signals VA-VC are provided to low pass filter 5, bypass filter 6, comparator 10, logic 12, three times frequency generating circuit 13 and phase locked loop(PLL) 14. The output signal 17 from the voltage control generating circuit 17 is provided to each D-type flipflop 15-1-15-2 as clock signal while the positional detection signals A-C are provided to D-type input terminals D1-D3 of D-type flipflops 15-1-15-3, and the information of D input is transmitted to the output at the falling time point of the clock signal. Consequently the outputs from D-type flipflops 15-1-15-3 have 60 deg. phase difference against the positional detection signals A-C to provide the positional detection signals A<+>-C<+> for the thyristor in the plus sid arm.
