Leakage sound detector

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To readily detect leaking sound by detecting the components of sound from 4KHz up to about 16KHz. CONSTITUTION: Filters are made at 5KHz, 10KHz, 15KHz respectively in their central frequencies, by which respective band componemts are drawn out and these are applied to the next comparator 6. This comparator is the device of producing an alarm, etc. by judging that a pinhole wihch can be a cause for leakage has occured in piping or the like when it is detected that the outputs of the three filters 3, 4, 5 are all above a certain set intensity and that the intensity differences thereof are kept nearly within 10dB.
