Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To improve and stabilize the quality of the above mentioned soldering and also, to improve the reduction of cost and workability, by flowing out molten soldering material enclosed in the hollow member through a small perforation provided at joined part of another member of the hollow member, in a little gap of the joined part. CONSTITUTION: About ϕ2Wϕ5 mm of hole is provided one by one or more than two by two, so as to be arranged in the same direction like A, B and C at the position corresponding to each journal piece 3, 4, 5 of the hollow pipe 1. A suitable smount of soldering material is enclosed in the pipe 1 after attaching the cum piece 2 and the journal piece 3 at 0.02W0.05 mm of pressure applying allowance by attaching device and both ends journal piece 4, 5 are attached and attaching body just before soldering is made. The above body is supported by the refractory V block, so as the hole to be situated at the lower side and is heated at the temperature more than melting point of soldering material and then, is kept at the above temperature. The main cum shaft body 1 and the piece 3, 4, 5 are soldered with a high joining strength. A little gap mentioned in the above purpose, is made less than 0.5 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
