Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To suppress the dispersion in the performance small, by providing a feedback resistor between the latch output and the input of the inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the charging voltage A exceeds the logic threshold voltage VTL of the inverter circuit N2, the output is 1. The latch circuit is inverted and the latch output via the inverter circuit N4 is 1, that is, the ground potential to discharge the capacitor C is made stable, then discharge operation is made through the resistor R. Further, when the discharge voltage A is less than the logic threshold voltage VTH of the inverter circuit N1, the output is inverted to zero, inverting the latch output to zero, and the oscillation operation is made.
