Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To promote an improvement of operational characteristic when in a time of start and operation, by such means that with two pairs of rotors and stators provided on the same axis, installing a common squirrel-cage conductor to the both rotors and a short-circuit ring to the both ends and the center, a power be fed to each pair stator winding with its phase shifted.
