Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent contamination of an ultra-red ray detector, by fitting the detector being shifted from a radiation port of the ultra-red rays. CONSTITUTION: A revolvable ultra-red rays detector 41 is fitted above a radiation port 40-1 of radiation irradiated from a food 3 and the signal from the detector 41 is irradiated through a chopper 2 to a receiver 1.
