Abstract PURPOSE: To improve the cooling effect of an ozonizer by arranging an O 3 generation tube with a discharge space in a jacket cylinder placed in a tank provided with raw material gas supply and O 3 discharge holes and setting up a fan in a circular duct placed in the tank so as to improve O 3 generation efficiency.
