Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To stabilize idling, by setting not only a throttle valve, which controls air flow in the case of normal operation, but also supplementary means, which gives supplementary air in the case of starting, in an air valve for fuel injection, which jets fuel at positive press in proportional to the sucked air quantity of an engine.
