Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To increase reception sensitivity by connecting a load impedance to a diode thereby forming a frequency tuning circuit with interelectrode capacity and intensifying the signal output of the light modulating frequency in a high frequency region in a light receiver consisting of a photo diode and photo detector.
