Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of development blotches in the developing device whereing an electrostatic latent image on a photo-sensitive drum 1 is developed by rendering one ingredient non-magnetic toner to adhere to a rubber roller by enlarging a contact area between roller and drum due to respective elasticity.
