Seat back
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To assure the pressing force to a passenger by the advance of a plate part without an odd feeling and to improve a seating feel by connecting the longitudinal part of a spring for the seat back at the plate parts of a lumbar support. CONSTITUTION:The upper side and central part 7 of square parts 5 of the spring 4 for the seat back are freely turnably connected by using hooks in upper u-shape parts 8 extending in the longitudinal direction. The central part 7 and the lower sides of the square parts 5 are freely turnably connected by a pair of central u-shape parts 9 and a pair of lower inverted u-shape parts 10 by using hooks. Connecting parts 11 formed by using the hooks of the u-shape parts 9 and the inverted u-shape parts 10 are positioned on the front surface of the plate part 3. The connecting parts 11 freely turnably support the springs extending in the vertical longitudinal direction by using the hooks and, therefore, the directions of the upper and lower springs is largely changed as if the spring is bent in this part when the plate part 3 of the lumbar support is advanced. The pressing force to the passenger is assured by the small operating force as the advance of the plate part 3 is enabled.
