Rear suspension
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To restrict bump-steer smaller when a car body moves up and down and make roll-steer larger when the car body rolls. CONSTITUTION:A lower link 2 is mounted through a bush 3 to a rear suspension member 1, along a car body side mounting axis line which is opened to the outside of a vehicle at the from of the vehicle. A lateral link 6 is constructed in order for the car body not to move laterally. Further, with a stabilizer connecting 10, rod its one end is connected to a lower link 2, and the other end is connected to a torsion bar stabilizer 11 at a position shifted longitudinally from connecting point with the lower link 2 so that both the ends can freely oscillate. Twisting force of the torsion bar stabilizer 11 generated by turning is transmitted through the stabilizer connecting rod 10 to the lower link 2, and thus force toward the rear part of the vehicle acts on the lower link 2.
