Abstract Translated from Japanese (57)【要約】 【目的】 電気伝導度の高い通電金具でも抵抗溶接にて 接合できるようにする。 【構成】 電気伝導度が３５〜５０％の厚さの薄い２つ の通電金具の接合部同士を重ねる。この接合部間にパル ス状の高溶接電流を１ｍｓｅｃ以下の時間で印加して溶 接する。 (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To enable resistance welding even for metal fittings with high electrical conductivity. [Structure] The joints of two thin metal members having an electric conductivity of 35 to 50% are stacked. A pulsed high welding current is applied between the joints for a time of 1 msec or less to perform welding.
