Fine vibration scalpel for surgery
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To achieve a delicate surgical operation accurately by arranging a vibration member which controls energy to be generated with the rotation of a motor to apply a fine vibration with a specified amplitude to a blade part. a transmission member which transmits vibration to the blade part while having an engaging part detachable from the blade part and the blade part detachable from the transmission member. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft of a motor M is equipped with an eccentric disc 6 having a protrusion 6' decentered. The eccentric disc 6 turns with a rotary shaft of the rotating shaft of the motor M, so that the protrusion part 6' vibrates vertically. This vibration is transmitted to a blade part with a transmission member 2 detachable from the blade part 1. The transmission member 2 has two guide grooves 11 and vibrates vertically being supported with a support rod 4 extending from a housing wall 3. As a result, the blade part vibrates vertically as indicated by the arrow. The motor is enough only if it can drive with a dry battery and so, a driving capacity just made available by an electric razor or electric tooth brush is sufficient. The shape of the blade part is preferably with an acute angle of 20-30 deg.. This enables excision accurately simply by making a contact with a part desired to be cut.
