Shoe having three-color sole and its manufacture

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the shoes comfortable to wear and to sufficiently make them light in weight by forming a suitable number of pieces of projecting parts in which the center is recessed and the periphery is a closed shape on the upper face of an outer sole and/or the lower face of an inner sole so as to abut on their opposed surfaces, and provided a cavity in the projecting part concerned. CONSTITUTION:A suitable number of pieces of projecting parts 7 in which the center is recessed and the periphery is annularly closed are arrayed and formed on the outer sole upper face 12 or the inner sole lower face 11, or both these faces. The projecting part 7 is formed to such height as abuts substantially on the opposed inter sole lower face 11 and/or the outer sole upper face 12, and in the inside, a cavity which is not filled with a mide-sole material is provided. In such a way, the cavity 8 filled with air is formed in the sole, weight of the sole is lightened by its portion, and by adjusting the capacity of the cavity and the number of projecting parts, etc., the shoe can be made light in weight as desired and enough. Moreover, flexibility against a warp increases, and since the projecting parts abut on the opposed surface, characteristics of strength, a cushion property and a repulsive property, etc., become equal to or more satisfactory than conventionally.
