Header device for heat exchanger

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a header device, simple in structure and excellent in workability as well as assembling property, by a method wherein a sheet body for connecting heat exchanging tubes, which is provided with heat exchanging tube inlet port connecting ports and outlet port connecting ports, an intermediate sheet body, having fluid inlet port side through holes and outlet port side through holes, and a sheet body for connecting fluid outlet and inlet tubes, which is provided with fluid inlet tube connecting ports and outlet tube connecting ports, are superposed to integrate them. CONSTITUTION:A sheet body 15 for connecting heat exchanging tubes is provided with a heat exchanging tube inlet side connecting ports 15a, which are connected to the inlet side of respective heat exchanging tubes 10, and heat exchanging tube outlet side connecting ports 15b, connected to the outlet port side of the heat exchanging tubes 10. An intermediate sheet body 16 is provided with a fluid inlet side through hole 16a and a fluid outlet side through hole 16b, which are formed continuously within ranges including respective inlet and outlet side connecting ports. A fluid outlet and inlet tube connecting sheet body 17 is provided with a fluid inlet port connecting port 17a, connected to the fluid inlet tube 12 and formed at a position opposing to one side of the inlet side through hole 16a, and a fluid outlet port connecting port 17b, connected to the fluid outlet tube 13 and formed at a position opposing to one side of the outlet port side through hole 16b. A header device A is assembled by superposing and securing the heat exchanging tube connecting sheet body 15, the intermediate sheet body 16 and the fluid outlet and inlet tubes connecting sheet body 17 sequentially to integrate them.
