Ski binding with key device for front and/or rear binding

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simplify fixtures made on various positions by making it possible to put frontal and/or rear fastener fixing free in a lengthwise guide device and/or transversal guide device. CONSTITUTION: A ski binding 1 composed of a toe piece 2, heel piece 3 and a joint member 4 jointing them together, in which both the toe piece 2 and heel piece 3 are journalized to slide free in a lengthwise guide device 5 or 6. On a lock device 17 is applied the lengthwise guide device 5, of which ski side 7 is equipped with an engagement rail 19. Onto the engagement rail 19 is applied a rocking arm 20, of which height is adjustable through an eccentric drive 21 in a housing 22 of the toe piece 2, which is made free to move along a ski 7 concurrently enabling the ski binding 1 to displace lengthwise on the ski together with a ski shoe 29 as well as put fixing the toe piece 2 on the ski 7 after the toe niece has been displace at desired distance. Fixtures on various positions are thus simplified.
