Device for calculating and displaying working time for nc working

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain smooth and efficient NC working by calculating the working time of all NC working machines in one working time calculation device irrespective of the difference of the NC working machines. CONSTITUTION:A working time calculation/display device 1 consists of a working speed registration means 11 storing data on the working speed of the NC working machines and the like in a working speed storage file 12 as the preparation of working time calculation/display, and a working time calculation/display means 14 calculating and displaying the working time. Thus, the working time of all the NC working machines is calculated in the device 1 by making elements for calculating the working time into data and registering many kinds of working speed being one element by adjusting them to the NC working machines, material and plate thickness. Thus, the smooth and efficient processing in NC working is attained.
