Burn-in device and temperature control method for burn-in device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To uniform the temperature adjustment of an oven part by providing >=3 sirocco fans successively in a ventilation chamber and securing a sufficient air quantity, and providing an opening extent adjusting plate at each outside air intake (equivalent position). CONSTITUTION:A burn-in device main body 1 consists of the oven part 2, a sirocco fan 8 which is connected directly to a motor 7, a heater 9, a suction opening 10, an outside air intake 12, the opening extent adjusting plate 13, and discharge opening 23. Then when the heater 9 is operated to heat the oven part 2 up to set temperature, the intake 12 is closed with the plate 13 and heated air is circulated only in the device. Further, the opening extent of the intake 12 is adjusted to adjust an outside air intake quantity, thereby controlling the temperature of the oven part 2. When the set temperature is reached, the number and rotating speed of the fans 8 are adjusted and the opening extent of the discharge opening 23 is adjusted to prevent the temperature in the oven part 2 from rising.
