Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To increase accuracy of orientation controlling with preferentially performing correct orientation controlling by preferring detected signal of copying-type culm sensor detecting not-reaped grain culm before reaping at already reaped side of a machine body prior to detected signal of magnetic direction sensor. CONSTITUTION:A copying-type culm sensor 19 detecting not-reaped grain culm before reaping is provided at already reaped side of a machine body and a magnetic direction sensor is simultaneously provided. Then detected signal is inputted into a preferential orientation controlling means preferring detected signal of the culm sensor to detected signal of the direction sensor. In a case of detected state of the culm sensor, orientation controlling according to the culm sensor is performed and in a case of impossible state of detecting of culm by the culm sensor. The orientation control is performed according to output from the direction sensor, thus orientation control in lateral reaping work, etc., is performed in high accuracy.
