Dressing method for super abrasive grain grinding stone and device used therefor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To surely remove the chip of a ceramic as well as injecting an atom ized liquid together with abrasive grains toward the surface of a super abrasive grain grindstone with a specific pressure from an injection gun. CONSTITUTION:A slurry whose abrasive grains and liquid are at the rate of within 10% at the abrasive grains at volume percentage is led into an injection gun 11 making a pressurized liquid as the energy source for injection from a slurry container 1. The atomized liquid is injected onto the surface of a super abrasive grain grinding stone 25 by making the injection pressure at 2 - 3.5kg f/cm<2> together with the abrasive grains from this injection gun 11. Accordingly, this abrasive grains are collided with clogged chips, the chips are fallen from among abrasive grains of the grinding stone 25, washed off by the atomized liquid as well and surely removed among the abrasive grains of the grindstone 25.
