Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the incorrect judgment due to the usage frequency and aging change of an air pump by providing a judging means judging the size of a portion of a testee according to the wound quantity of a wire rope and a switching action commanding means operating a switching means in response to the judgment. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 68 is turned on, a driving force is transferred to a belt pulley 40 via a timing belt, and the belt pulley 40 starts idle running. The clutch spring of an inserting clutch 60 and the idle running section 82 and idle running plate 84 of a rotary armature start idle running accordingly. When the inserting clutch 60 is engaged, a current flows in the field, the magnetic field is generated, the idle running plate 84 is sucked to a fixed plate 88, and both plates 84, 88 are integrally start rotating. The fixed plate 88 of the rotary armature is fixed to a shaft 66 via a fixed section 86, a rotation driving force is transferred to a rope pulley 94 fixed to the shaft 66 via a key 96, and an arm band 14 is wound.
