Control strategy device for vehicle

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To ensure the proper control of each driving condition by building up control knowledge matching a driver's personal information (desire or the like) via teaching during the use of a vehicle, and preferentially executing the built-up control knowledge over control matching a travel environment, whenever necessary. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle A is equipped with a device B controlled according to a driver's personal information and driving condition. In this case, various vehicle parameters showing a driving condition detected with a parameter detection means C are used and vehicle travel environment such as a road condition is estimated with a travel environment prediction means D, based upon knowledge base common to all vehicles independent of the personal information. Also, a relationship between the types of personal information detected with the aforesaid parameters and a driver's information detection means E is taught and the predetermined control output is remembered with a control output remembrance means F. Furthermore, when there is any control output matching the personal information, the control output remembered with the aforesaid means F is so selected with a control output selector means H for supply to the aforesaid device B for the control thereof, instead of control output matching the vehicle travel environment generated by a control output generation means G.
