Shape measuring device, shape measuring method and correcting method for shape measuring device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To measure the shape of an object to be measured with a soldering surface in a mirror state by successively turning on/off plural light sources at various positions one by one, executing image pickup synchronously with turning-on and storing plural picture data. CONSTITUTION:On a semispherical cover 1 to shield disturbance light, plural LED 2 are arranged and a board (a) is mounted while providing an X-Y table 4 in the lower direction of the cover 1. A controller 3 drives the table 4, matches the position of a part to be measured to an image pickup position, successively turns the LED 2 on one by one along the lead direction of electronic ports soldered to the board (a), successively picks up the image of a picture at a soldering part irradiated with each LED by a camera 5 synchronously with turning-on, transmits the picture data to a picture processor 6 and stores the data. The processor 6 calculates the inclination of the object to be measured from a relation between the position of the light source LED and the position of the camera 5 respectively corresponding to the plural picture data and can measure the shape.
