Pull stud for machining center
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable the reception of data only by approaching an antenna to the end face of a pull stud by providing a recessed part on the end face of a pull stud and imbedding a wireless response tag in this recessed part center. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 16 is formed on the end face of the rear part of the bull stud 3 linked to the end face of a tool shank and a wireless response tag 4 is imbedded by inserting it to this recessed part 16 center. By this structure, a data reading operation is simplified because the data are output by an electro-magnetic wave toward an antenna 12 from the wireless response tag 4 with the electromagnetic wave coming out of the antenna crossing with the coil of the wireless response tag 4, when the antenna 12 is approached to the end face of the pull stud 3.
