Controlling method for induction motor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce energy loss by calculating an optimum slip angle frequency for minimizing the copper loss and iron loss of an induction motor from the primary, secondary resistances, mutual inductance, secondary side reactance and iron loss resistance of the motor. CONSTITUTION:An optimum slip angle frequency calculator 22 calculates an optimum slip angle frequency for minimizing a loss on the basis of the primary, secondary side resistances, mutual inductance, secondary side inductance, secondary side leakage inductance of an induction motor 14. A torque command value Tq* is divided by the optimum slip angle frequency to obtain a secondary magnetic flux PHI2, and a secondary magnetic flux command value PHI2* from the flux PHI2* and rotating speed omegar. Then, the slip angle frequency omegas is obtained from the value PHI2* and torque command value Tq*. A vector is calculated by a vector controller 100 on the basis of these values.
