Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To reduce a noise or an unrequired output oscillation by inserting a resistor of a small value into a feeder connected to an output driver. CONSTITUTION: A resistor R1 is inserted into a feeder 4, a resistor R2 is inserted into a feeder 3 and a resistor R3 is inserted into a ground line 6. At the time of receiving a signal output change from a digital device 1, control logic 9 turns off a driver D1 and turns on a driver D2 . The electrostatic charge of a capacitor C0 is discharged through parasitic inductors L5 , L4 and the resistor R3 . The amplitude of oscillation is reduced by the action of the resistor R3 and an output is quickly turned to an allowable value. Consequently a large driver for speeding up an output response can be used.
