Pressure regulating valve

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To fix a plunger and a push rod firmly and accurately by forming a groove in an end of the push rod adding load to a spool valve, while applying a ring caulking to the plunger and having it pressed in the groove of the push rod end. CONSTITUTION:A groove 38a is circumferentially formed in the end of a push rod 38 adding load to a spool valve 5. Then, this push rod 38 is inserted into a center hole of a plunger 84 being set up in one end of an electromagnet 3, applying a ring caulking 84c to the plunger 84, and press fit by means of deformation of a member of the plunger 84 is carried out to the groove 38a. In brief, a wall of the plunger 84 is bitten into the groove 38a by dint of the ring caulking and fixed firmly and positively. In addition, each form at both ends of the push rod 38 is varied to each other, whereby inverse assembly of the push rod is thus preventable.
