Warp knitted fabric having curling preventing function
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a warp knitted fabric capable of removing uneven dyeing and wrinkles, increasing the yield of product, eliminating a tucking treatment in dyeing and reducing a manufacturing cost by weaving a polyamide yarn spun at a specific speed or higher than it to give a warp knitted fabric and forming a yarn removal part at selvedge parts of the warp knitted fabric. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide yarn spun at >=4,000/minute spinning speed is knitted to give a warp knitted fabric of two or more reeds. The selvedge parts of the warp knitted fabric are provided with yarn removal parts of >= five yarns, for example, within 3 cm from the ends of the selvedges and with arranged doubled yarn of >= five yarns to give the objective warp knitted fabric not causing the curling of selvedge parts in knitting and dyeing and processing, and suitable for an inner knitting.
