Method for displaying and confirming working stage of die and bending order

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To simplify the confirming operation and to reduce the manhour by displaying the drawing which sets the working stage of dies and bending order and a process chart simultaneously on a display unit, then, confirming the dies and bending conditions. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 17 is provided in the data originating and managing system 1 for bending and connected to the dies and bending order setting file 19, the process chart file 21, display 27 respectively. The management system 1 and bending machine 3 of on-site are connected by communicating lines 7 through the management system 1. The CPU 17 displays the set data of set dies and bending order on the display device 27 and simultaneously accesses whole working stage chart or sectional chart of working stage from the process chart file 21 to display on the same picture. By this method, the data of dies, bending order and the process chart are made possible to analyse and to confirm simultaneously. Because by CPU calculating, the confirming operation is simplified and by shortening the calculating time and confirming time, the work stages of the confirming operation are reduced.
