Measuring instrument for suction air of internal combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To precisely perform an air-fuel ratio control, etc., by outputting an estimating air flow based on the relation of a preset rotary speed and air flow at the time when the pulsing width of the air flow is larger than a pulse deciding value. CONSTITUTION:In case of the pulsation of the suction air to be detected being large the over/under output by pulsation may be caused. Now a pulsation deciding means M6 checks the pulsating width of the air flow accompanied by the combustion (ignition) period of an internal combustion engine M1. When this pulsating width is found larger than a decision value, the following processing is performed. Namely, an output switching means M7 finds an estimated air amt. from the detection result of a rotary speed detecting means M5 based on the rotary speed and air flow preset by measuring and this is outputted in place of the detection value.
