Abstract
Abstract 1,069,207. Rebound net. C. CHEFTEL. Oct. 26, 1964 [Oct. 25, 1963], No. 43510/64. Heading A6D. A rebound surface or net for practice purposes includes an articulated rebound frame having a member in common with an articulated ground frame having limited rotation with respect to said rebound frame in order that the ground frame may be adjusted to suit the contours of the ground on which it is supported. The rebound surface F is mounted in a frame A,B,C,D, and the ground frame comprises members H,I hinged to member C and coupled by a fourth member N. Braces P,R couple the other ends of the rebound frame to the ground frame by universal joints S and are adjustable in length. According to the slope of the ground the telescopic ends of one or the other of the members H.I may extend against the tension of its associated elastic band U.
