Abstract
Abstract The operating device comprises a first catheter 2 capable of being introduced into the vena cava, a second catheter 4 capable of passing inside the first catheter, and a vena cava filter 5 fixed towards the open end of the said second catheter 4. The invention permits in particular the treatment, by in situ fibrinolysis, of a thrombus 27 with the vena cava being protected by a temporary filter.
