Enclosure device for adsorbers or vacuum evaporators
Abstract
Abstract A vacuum enclosure device intended to contain solid adsorbents or absorbents when used as an absorber or a liquid to be evaporated when used as an evaporator. According to the invention the enclosure 1 is of flat shape which has two opposed sides 3 of large area, these sides being mutually intercrossed by plates or columns 5 resisting distortion of the sides 3 which is due to the vacuum, these members 5 being arranged so as to create receptacles 6 for the solid products alternating with channels 7 for circulating the gaseous fluid to be adsorbed, these members 5 being furthermore integrally attached to a heating device 10 and a cooling device 11, all these components making it possible to employ this enclosure both as a vacuum absorber for gaseous fluids and as a vacuum liquid evaporator.
