Abstract
Abstract The chair seat according to the invention comprises a canvas (cloth) 1 supported by two lateral rods 2 whose ends are respectively turned forwards and backwards with respect to the seat. Means 3 are provided for adjusting the tension of the canvas (cloth), these means being situated at the front and/or rear ends of the rods 2. In order to adjust the tension of the canvas (cloth) 1 and to allow the user to sit in the position which is most comfortable for him.
