Abstract

Abstract The addition relates to a decorative pennant 1 containing a product to be diffused. Between the two panels (flaps) 2 of the pennant 1 is inserted a thick frame 20, in the central housing of which is placed a product refill. The latter is contained in a leaktight flexible envelope having a tab 29 which extends outside the pennant. It suffices to cut the tab 29 in order to bring about the diffusion of the product of the refill. Application: use of refills containing either a solid product or a liquid.
