Abstract The invention relates to electromagnetic windings comprising conducting turns P1 to Pn, S1 to Sn and an insulating support 5 which is a good heat conductor and on which the turns rest so as to pick up the heat liberated by the winding and transmitted by these turns, each turn being discontinuous, electrical continuity being effected by the support 5. Application to power transformers.
