Abstract
Abstract The block for constructing walls for reinforcing terraces on inclined ground comprises a base, a front panel (2) and two lateral sides (4,5). The base and the upper parts of the sides carry co-operating anchors (6-11) which interengage when the blocks are placed in horizontal layers on top of one another. The base carries a longitudinal ridge (11) and two transverse ridges (10a,10b) separated by a distance equal to twice the thickness of each lateral side. The upper edges of the sides contain notches (6,7) which receive the longitudinal ridge.
