Quilted coat transformable into sleeping bag - by removing arms and detaching the front from the back using sliding clasp fasteners
Abstract
Abstract The coat may contain goose down, or other wadding material. The back of the garment, and the front parts, are tubular and partitioned. Each front part is closed at the bottom edge, but communicates through its upper edge with the inside of the back part, whose lower end is open. The sleeves are detachable at the armholes by slide closure fasteners. Similarly, each side edge of the front part is connected detachably to the corresponding side edge of the back part. On removing the sleeves from the coat, and detaching the front from the back at the sides, a sleeping bag is formed where the back provides the body portion, and the front parts become separate leg enclosures for the sleeper.
