Abstract

The subject of the invention is a microwave oscillator in which is added the power supplied by 2N microwave diodes, such as avalanche or Gunn effect diodes. This device comprises 2N diodes 2 joined together in pairs of two, by line sections 3 which produce a magnetic coupling between these diodes 2 and a dielectric resonator 1, the diodes of each pair operating in phase opposition. The invention is more particularly suited to the production of microwave oscillators of low bulk.
