Abstract

Abstract Morpholino alkyl carbamoyl benzimidazoles of formula (I) are antifungals anthelmintics, insecticides, nematocides, and general pesticies. (where R = H, halogen, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, alkylthio, CN, or NO2, R' = alkyl, alkenyl, aralkyl, aralkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalyl, aryl heteroaryl or heteroalkyl, alk opt. subst. by halogen alkoxy, NO2, CN, dialkylamino or N-heterocycle attached through the N; A = divalent satd. st. or branched hydrocarbon (1-6C); X = one or more alkyl or cycloalkyl gps). They may be prepared by the reaction of the appropriate 1-unsubstd. benzimidazole with a morpholino alkyl isocyanate.
