Class 20(1) A prefabricated house comprises a box-like central portion 1 having lateral walls 2 and 3 to which are hinged panels 19, 20, 21 and 22 which unfold as shown in Fig. 3 to form rooms. Foundations consisting of two parallel walls 37 and 38 of the height of one storey support the central portion and have stairs leading to the door 14.
