Abstract
Abstract The separating arrangement has at least one spiral with a helical flow channel (3) whose flow cross-section can be continuously varied with a variable volume element (17). The volume of the variable volume element is varied depending on the pressure in the flow channel. Its volume reduces with increasing pressure, thus increasing the flow cross-section.
