Zur Realisierung einer "vorausschauenden" Fahrhilfe zwecks Vermeidung von Staus und Unfällen ist verfahrensgemäß vorgesehen, daß zur Informationsübertragung ein Mobilfunknetz verwendet wird und die übertragenen Daten in die Frontscheibe des Fahrzeugs (1a bis 1h, 2a bis 2e) eingeblendet werden.
