Method and device for determination of colour value of transparent bodies
Abstract
Abstract The method is carried out using at least two measurements, with respectively different size illumination surfaces and/or different size detection surfaces. Based on the measurement value of the test data, and the reference values determined from an opaque reference sample, a correction factor is determined. This is used to correct the measurement values, and therewith the colour stimulus specification of the body being measured is determined, taking account of the translucence. For determining the ambient light, an additional measurement is carried out at the body being measured without illumination, and the measurement value so determined, is taken account of in the evaluation carried out using a computer. The reference value are determined, in which at least two measurements with respectively different size illumination surfaces and/or different size of detection surface are carried out, at an opaque reference example.
