Abstract
Abstract The switching circuit comprises: a switching integrated circuit (IC) including a field-effect transistor (FET11) having a signal path between a drain and a source, a high-impedance element (R11) connected to a gate terminal of said field-effect transistor, and first and second input/output terminals (RF1, RF2) connected to a drain terminal and a source terminal of said field-effect transistor respectively; and an inductor (L11) connecting said first and second input/output terminals to each other. The circuit arrangement ensures low insertion loss and sufficient isolation at a desired frequency. <IMAGE>
