Abstract
Abstract The coupling network (KN) linking telephone terminals (FD,FA) to one another and to a public exchange line (AL) is managed by a central controller (ST) incorporating a CPU with memory (SPE) and a clock generator (TG). When a mobile terminal begins to be reachable the information transmitted up to that time is stored as a characteristic which can be erased if a release message is received with a symbol defining the area of transmission, and if a search is unsuccessful.
