Cette composition est stable sans tensio-actif et permet un maquillage satisfaisant. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ladite composition. The invention relates to a composition for making up and caring for the eyelashes or eyebrows, comprising a dispersion; the dispersed phase comprises at least one filler and at least one hydrocarbon wax; the dispersing phase is an aqueous phase containing at least one water-soluble polymer. This composition is stable without surfactant and allows satisfactory makeup. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing said composition.
