Abstract A second upper layer 14, provided with an opening 16, is bonded along its periphery to an upper layer 11 of a disposable nappy, two flaps 17 being provided, whose inner side edges each enclose elastic elements 19, and whose outer side edges are bonded on both sides of the opening 16 to the underside of the second upper layer 14, such that the two flaps 17 form a second opening 18 which serves for receiving excrement. <IMAGE>
